All Things Are Possible (ATAP) Foundation and EXCELerate Tutoring are committed to providing solutions to help close the achievement gap amongst our youth.
About ATAP Foundation
There are many contributing factors to low scholastic achievement and low test scores for our young people in school…strained budgets, increased class sizes, juggling packed schedules, and so much more. And while technology has become an integral part of learning and a partial solution, it also brings additional distractions to include games, social media, and lack of internet access. Add to the equation that in many homes, parents are consumed with work responsibilities that deplete their time to help with homework and reinforce what is presented in the classroom.
ATAP Foundation and EXCELerate Tutoring partnered to bring small group tutoring to youth in grades K-6.
With your support, 30 youth will receive 12-weeks of small group tutoring beginning January 2018. Six tutors assigned to small groups of students will meet Monday-Thursday from 5pm-6pm at ATAP Foundation in Willingboro, NJ for intensive sessions in Language Arts and Math with certified tutors.
Using the feedback from assessment tools, students will receive relevant instructional lessons, gain proficiency, and close competency gaps.
