Youth unemployment and idleness rank among the top most significant economic challenges in developing economies. To this end, LABS developed a capacity building program aimed at the youth in Lagos State and later to be rolled out to other states. Having delivered and accomplished a successful series of executive education workshops in the Banking, Health, Tax Administration and in the Education sectors in last 15 years which we ran in Nigeria, Dubai, UK and the USA between 2006 and 2019, where over 10,000 delegates benefited. LABS have also supported many academic students (age 18 to 35 years old) who benefited because of the fantastic financial supports from both corporate organisations and individual donors like you. We are therefore soliciting for your generous support again so that we can continue to inspire and impact the lives of these youths to bring out their hidden potentials and achieve their big dreams. Ultimately, reducing idleness, crime, ànd premature death in our society. Times are hard for unemployed youths, and if we do nothing to engage them, that could be a recipe for disaster. Please, help grow the mind of our young Nigerians - positively.

The structure of the workshop is fixed. Bridging The GAP: Between Theory and Practice for students  ( ages 18 – 35 years).  It also includes the Academy running various ENTREPRENEURSHIP and EMPLOYABILITY workshops to make youths JOB READY and acting as role models, mentors and inspirational speakers. The focus of the student experience is upon helping them to break the chain of dependency syndrome and be able to use their FOUR-C thinking skills: Critical thinking, through Collaboration and Communicate their Creativity while working in a team (4Cs)
