Kyllie has Multiple Sclerosis, a young Ballarat mum of Two wishes to put and End to this Neurological Disease controlling her life, by raising funds to put her through Radical but proven treatment.

In 2012, Kyllie was in the fittest point in her life at the age of 29, when she collapsed in the shower. This began the lengthy process of medical testing and finding out the diagnosis that would put a stop on her life goals and dreams.

Kyllie initially suffered, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, constant migraines and disorientation. She suddenly became unable to drive, work and rapidly deteriorated. She now suffers from numbness, muscle weakness, muscle spasms, vertigo, nerve pain and a range of co-ordination issues.

After many months and secondary attacks Kyllie had a sickening and life pausing diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. She has been involved in a range of fundraising and awareness around MS, since her diagnosis raising more than $15,000 for the Kiss Goodbye to MS campaign.

Here are a couple of videos Kyllie completed for ACU to promote the awareness of MS.

Video One   & Video Two

Kyllie manages her symptoms on a daily basis, still manages to work, continue to play sport and help out her beloved Melton Centrals Women’s Football Team.

Since the diagnosis, trialing a range of available treatments her health continues to decline. She and everyone alongside her want to put a STOP to this progression.

Kyllie has a husband Lance and two small children Kleo (4) and Nixon (3). Her husband Lance is unable to work due to a workplace Injury, Kyllie being the Working member of their household only wants to be able to continue to provide for her family and young children.

“my kids are so young, It would be nice to know that I don’t have to explain to them why Mummy’ can’t do certain things with them”.
