Emergency Family Vehicle

As many of you know im very very sick. I have 2 rare conditions SMAS and NCS.. Thease are 2 debilitating conditions that has completely taken over my life for 4 years. Its been a tough road i spend a lot of time in hospitals i have almost died a couple times because how sick i am . It's to the point i live in vegas but they have said i need specialized help. So i have been sent to UCLA in California. Im very sick i cant eat i cant drink im always in pain. The only hope i have is to have this surgery with another placement of another feeding tube. I have finally found a surgeon who has said he wants to do it.  The only thing is i have to be able to travel and this last travel i made out here for my health to be seen by the correct doctors.  It took a toll on my car which left me without a car. I have all my Doctors in California but i live in Vegas. I have to see doctors every 2-4 weeks that's surgeons and GI and pain management.  Please if you can help me and my family get a car we would be so grateful. I really want to get better but without reliable transportation i just feel like it will be another set back in my life.
