splinters & fragments volume 2 - printing costs

As you may know, Edward Pickersgill now has a second volume of his awesome poetry, entitled splinters & fragments. Same deal as volume 1 ... 100% of all net proceeds from sales will go directly to Ed, to support the invaluable work he does in our community.

I have once again donated my time to put the book together, and the only costs that need to be covered are the printing costs.
