<div><br />In honor of my daughter Laura-Jean Schnupp, I am beginning a new venture, Splash of Color Activity Kit by Ellejay S Designs.

<div>LJ was diagnosed with a rare, very aggressive, unknown cancer in January of 2020.
</div>

<div>As we sat together for many hours while she received her cancer treatments, and because we are both artists, we would brainstorm about how helpful and fun it would be to have some art we could work on during those long hours of treatment.
</div>

<div>Laura-Jean’s life and career was centered around helping others and spreading love.
</div>

</div>

<div>She worked as a Recreational Therapist with vulnerable children and adults in hospital settings in NY.
</div>

</div>

<div>She showed people the power of human connection and opportunities for joy to brighten their lives through artistic expression. She always looked for ways to incorporate art as a method of communication and healing.
</div>

</div>

<div>Her wish was for us to continue this mission of sending positivity and love to everyone, especially to those individuals having to deal with the rigors of chemotherapy, radiation, and many other treatments.
</div>

<div>We want to carry out her dreams to help patients get through their treatments and escape their situation through positive inspiration and creativity, even if only for a little while.
</div>

<div>This colorful kit contains;

<li>her original artwork in a calendar/treatment tracker to help patients track treatment visits and milestones.
</li>

<li>big original coloring book, which includes a collection of her drawings, as well as art work from family and friends around the world.
</li>

<li>activity books to tease the brain, gel markers, a tie-dye mask, and a couple of shells/rocks ready to be decorated.
</li>

<div>All of these creative goodies are contained in a convenient carrying case, which doubles as an art desk.

<div>Our goal is to be a Non Profit Organization, based on donations, sponsorships, grants and sales, to make sure this will be distributed at no cost to any patient.

<div>We are awaiting our Non Profit status as we speak.
</div>
