Spiritus Arcanum: Flood Repair Fund

Many of you know Matthew Venus, several of you have probably been tracking the progress of his shop Spiritus Arcanum and anxiously waiting for it's official opening. You may have attended his workshops or own some of his products yourself.

As a friend of Matthew I have seen the love and effort that he puts into his artwork, products and the knowledge that he is able to gather and share with the community. Almost everything that he makes and does is in order to both better himself and to be able to provide for the people within the community and foster a greater understanding of the occult.

It is because of this that it broke my heart to hear that a water pipe burst in his apartment last week and destroyed a good amount of the ritual room, library, bathroom and basement where the majority of the supplies for Spiritus Arcanum are kept.
Everything from the supplies used to create his artwork, tools, packaging and shipping materials, and several one of a kind pieces of art have been destroyed.

We also learned this morning that the damage to their apartment was so extensive that it will be making their apartment uninhabitable for a few weeks while repairs are being done.  The rooms effected by the flooding will need to have the drywall torn down and carpeting torn up before anything can be repaired.

This fundraiser is designed to help the relocation and replenishment of the crafting tools, supplies, and packing materials damaged in this flooding. As well to assist in the relocation, storage, and reestablishing of a base of operations for Spiritus Arcanum's operations.

Any little bit helps! Thank you!
