Spirit's Healing

Back on September 10 Sandy Hunt and her beloved TWH,  Spirit, had an unfortunate incident with barbed wire.   While Sandy and Spirit were not injured seriously, Spirit has since  developed an unrelenting infection .  Spirit's treatment has required surgery, daily infusions,  multiple rounds of antibiotics and continuous hospitalization for ~the last 6  weeks, 2 hours from home.
 In addition to Spirit's situation, Sandy's husband, Roger, is facing his own health concerns and is scheduled for a procedure at the end of October.
As you can imagine the cost of Spirit's care has been quite expensive so far.  And while Spirit's condition has improved greatly he continues to  be hospitalized and will continue to be under a doctor's care for some time.
