Spinal surgery needed after years of pain.

If you have known me over the past three years, you know that I am in constant pain. I have been struggling with chronic back pain from a herniating and degenerating disc in my lumbar spine. After exhausting years of spinal injections, physical therapy, and many different medications (that ended up giving my ulcers), two different spinal surgeons have recommended surgery. The kicker is that my insurance has denied coverage for the procedure, which costs $50k ! I need your help to afford this surgery and get me on a road to recovery so I can FINALLY be relieved of my pain.
