I am a single mother of three children who works as a Ramp Agent at the Dallas airport and unfortunately, I was a victim of an accident in 2023 that resulted in a spinal fracture. Since then, I have been undergoing a long treatment process, including injections and physical therapy. However, my doctor recommended surgery to alleviate my symptoms, but unfortunately, Workers' Compensation denied the request, and subsequently, the judge also denied it.

As a result, I lost my benefit of 70% of my salary that I was receiving while being away from work, leaving me without income to take care of my basic expenses, including rent.
