A Mothers Legal Battle
0% complete
$835 raised of
17 donations
We’re raising funds for a strong and courageous single mother who is currently facing an urgent legal battle to protect herself and her young children from ongoing abuse and harassment.
Due to safety concerns, we’re keeping names and identifying details private, but please know this is very real, very serious, and incredibly urgent.
This mother has a restraining order against her ex-partner, who continues to violate it repeatedly. He has been harassing her in person, harassing her online and even targeting members of her family. Despite doing everything she can to follow the legal process, she’s still being harassed, and made to feel unsafe in her own home.
She is now fighting for full custody of her children and needs legal representation to continue protecting her family. The legal costs are mounting fast, and she’s doing this alone, without financial support.
Every donation will go directly toward:
• Legal fees
• Court filings
• Protective legal action for her and her children
She is doing everything in her power to give her kids a safe, peaceful life, but right now, she needs help.
Even a small donation will make a difference. If you can’t give, please share this campaign to help us reach others who may be able to support.
Let’s help this mother get the justice, safety, and peace she and her children deserve. Thank you so much for standing with her.
Thank you so much for considering a donation, your support means the world right now.
For safety and privacy reasons, we’re asking that anyone who donates does so anonymously, if possible.
Here’s how:
1. After entering your donation amount, scroll down to where it says:
“Display name publicly as…”
2. Select: “Donate anonymously”
3. (Optional) You can also choose to hide the donation amount.
This keeps your name and support private, which helps protect the people involved in this situation. Even if you’re donating just a little, thank you. It matters more than you know.
Please also feel free to share the campaign privately with others who may want to help.
