<div>Meine kleine Yumi (2 Jahre alt) hat in den letzten anderthalb Jahren unglaublich viel durchgemacht:

<div>Aug./Sept. 2024: Diagnose FIP – eine Erkrankung, die ohne Behandlung tödlich verläuft. Wir haben gemeinsam die 12-wöchige Therapie sowie die anschliessende 12-wöchige Wartezeit geschafft. (FIP-free seit Feb. 2025).

<div>Aug. 2025: Schwere Permethrinvergiftung durch unsauberes Arbeiten eines Kammerjägers. Yumi musste stationär in der Tierklinik behandelt werden und hat nur mit viel Glück überlebt.
</div>

<div>Okt. 2025: Hirnerschütterung mit neurologischen Ausfällen, nachdem sie beim Spielen mit voller Wucht gegen den Bettrahmen gestossen ist – erneut Klinik.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>10 Tage später: Wespenstich im Mund mit anaphylaktischer Reaktion – wieder Notfall und Klinik.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Und nun: Seit dem 16.11.2025 zeigt Yumi erneut deutliche neurologische Symptome. Nach tierärztlicher Abklärung steht ein Neuro-FIP-Rückfall im Raum. Wir haben deshalb sofort wieder mit der lebensrettenden GS-Therapie begonnen.

<div>Diese zweite Behandlung ist zwingend notwendig und gibt ihr sehr gute Chancen, sich erneut vollständig zu erholen – aber sie ist leider auch sehr kostenintensiv.
</div>

<div>Finanzielle Belastung

</div>
<div>Leider habe ich für Yumi keine Versicherung, da alles schon angefangen hat, bevor sie überhaupt 1 Jahe alt war. Ich habe somit Yumis erste FIP-Behandlung sowie mehrere Notfälle und Klinikaufenthalte vollständig alleine getragen – insgesamt bereits über 7500 CHF.

<div>Nun kommen erneut erhebliche Kosten auf mich zu durch:

<div>• die zweite FIP-Therapie,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• regelmässige tierärztliche Kontrollen und Blutuntersuchungen,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• sowie die Abklärung ihres entzündeten Zahnfleisches / möglichem FORL (Dentalröntgen und je nach Befund Zahnbehandlungen).

<div>Diese Summe übersteigt zunehmend meine aktuellen finanziellen Möglichkeiten. Ich gebe mein Bestes und suche aktiv nach beruflicher Verbesserung – doch diese erneute Situation überrollt mich.

<div>Fundraising for Yumi – Help Her Through Her Second FIP Treatment

<div>my name is Corinne Kölliker, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for support – something that does not come easily to me.

<div>My little Yumi (2 years old) has been through an unimaginable amount in the past one and a half years:
</div>

</div>
<div>Aug./Sept. 2024:
</div>
<div>Yumi was diagnosed with FIP – a disease that is fatal without treatment.
</div>
<div>Together, we completed the 12-week therapy and the following 12-week observation period.
</div>
<div>She has been FIP-free since February 2025.
</div>

</div>
<div>Aug. 2025:
</div>
<div>A severe permethrin poisoning caused by unprofessional pest control work.
</div>
<div>Yumi had to be hospitalized and survived only thanks to fast emergency treatment and a lot of luck.
</div>

</div>
<div>Oct. 2025:
</div>
<div>A concussion with neurological symptoms after she accidentally hit her head hard while playing – again requiring veterinary hospitalization.
</div>

</div>
<div>10 days later:
</div>
<div>A wasp sting inside her mouth triggered an anaphylactic reaction – another emergency and another stay at the clinic.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And now:
</div>
<div>Since 16 November 2025, Yumi has again shown clear neurological symptoms.
</div>
<div>After veterinary evaluation, a neuro-FIP relapse is strongly suspected.
</div>
<div>We immediately restarted the life-saving GS therapy.
</div>

</div>
<div>This second treatment is absolutely necessary and gives her very good chances to recover fully again – but unfortunately, it is also very expensive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Financial situation
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have covered Yumi’s entire first FIP treatment, along with several emergencies and clinic stays, completely on my own – in total around CHF 4,500.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, new and significant costs are coming:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• the second FIP treatment,
</div>
<div>• regular veterinary check-ups and blood tests,
</div>
<div>• and the dental assessment for her inflamed gums / possible FORL
</div>
<div>(dental X-rays and, depending on findings, tooth extractions).
</div>

</div>
<div>These costs are now exceeding my current financial possibilities.
</div>
<div>I am doing everything I can, actively looking for better work opportunities –

<div>but this new situation is overwhelming.
</div>
