Speeding while black

My boyfriend (who happens to be black) got pulled over on friday afternoon on his LUNCHBREAK for "speeding" the officer physically pulled him from his car to arrest him without even saying why or what he was doing. As he searched him he threw all his belongings to the concrete.  He put my boyfriend in the back of his police cruiser, as he was getting ready to type his report he realized he didnt know who he was arresting for reckless driving, he continued to ask my boyfriend for ID my bf said it was in his wallet in his back left pocket, the cop said, "but I searched you" he then proceeded to open the door and have my bf stand up to retrieve the wallet, my boyfriend had to help him with the cuffs on due to his WORKpants being too tight. This officer knew it was this man's lunchbreak and my bf pleaded with him to write a ticket and not arrest. Meanwhile another officer approached the scene, he picked up objects off the pavement and placed them on the hood. This officer never addressed my boyfriend,  only had dialogue with the arresting officer. My boyfriend pleaded to not tow his car, at that moment they got ahold of dispatch because that's who contacted me to come get the car. When I arrived to the scene the traffic was moderate so I couldnt understand how he could be speeding, and reckless driving. They took my boyfriend to jail. I later learned that you need to be doing at least double the speed limit for an arrest to be made, on a friday afternoon on a road that had plenty of traffic lights with a posted speed limit of 45. Meaning youd have to be doing at least 90 to warrant an arrest. impossible!! So now we have to fight this corrupt justice system and we need your help!! Any lil bit will help. We have to file 2 different cases and the legal fees are not meant for ppl who were already struggling. This is part of black lives matter, because even something as simple as one  wrongful arrest can destroy a life.
