Special Needs Carseat for Adult

My co-worker has exhausted all options with his health care and they will not cover the cost of a new car seat as his son Christian has grown out of his current one. He's had enough of an uphill battle and I'd like to provide this wish for him and ease one less burden he has. Thank you for your consideration and donations.
