Spartan race for Claddagh
Donation protected
The Claddagh association is a non-profit organisation who help Irish in Western Australia in time of need. On November 25th 2015 a work site accident claimed the lives of Joe McDermott and his work mate Gerry Bradley.
This was a desperate time in our lives. We didn't know what to do next, how to organise getting home or who to contact. Until we were given the number for the Claddagh association, they took care of everything and we cannot thank them enough.
So as a small gesture of appreciation on the 25th of November 2017 marking 2 years since the accident we will take part in the Spartan race. Some taking on the 14 kilometre obstacle course and others taking on the 7 kilometre challenge. With the majority taking part, having minimum training for such an event.
All in the hope of raising funds for the Claddagh association.
Thank you so much for you kind donation, it means alot to us.
