Who We Are.
Space to Speak is a youth run organization that is dedicated to giving youth a leading voice in the sexual violence prevention (SVP) movement while also changing the stigma of sexual violence at a legislative and cultural level. To do this, we focus specifically on the effect sexual violence has on young people and strive to raise awareness of the overarching issues through education and by encouraging conversation between young people.

How We'll Use Your Donations
Proceeds will be used towards startup expenses, compensating our artists and photographers, video equipment and supplies for Space to Speak's This is Our Voice campaign, and postage for Letters to Our Peers.
This is Our Voice
This Is Our Voice aims to begin changing the stigma of sexual violence by amplifying the voice of young people on the topic of sexual violence prevention (SVP) to a degree unprecedented.
Contributors can show their support, and join us in downloading and submitting photos with their #WhyICare sign! We will be sharing youth (persons under 25) submissions on our online gallery!
Letters to Our Peers
Without having a personal experience with sexual violence, a person can find it difficult to understand how and when to speak about sexual violence as well as if they even should. But speaking out about this “taboo” topic is a key component in changing the stigma and, truly, there is never a wrong time to support survivors. That is why Space to Speak is launching “Letters To Our Peers”, an initiative aimed at re-opening the conversation of sexual violence among youth and showing young survivors that they are supported. #ChallengeYourPeers
