Help My Sister Get Back on Her Feet

My sister has always been the kind of person who would give her last dollar, her time, or her energy to help someone else in need. She’s the friend who shows up when you need her most, and the one who never hesitates to extend a hand to others. Now, she’s the one in need of help.

A few months ago, she unexpectedly lost her job under circumstances that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. Since then, she’s been working hard to stay afloat—picking up DoorDash shifts and applying to countless jobs—but despite her best efforts, she hasn’t received any offers.

The past three months have been extremely difficult. She has fallen behind on her car note, regular bills, and, most urgently, her medication. Losing her health insurance has meant going without medication and her health is suffering because of it.

She has tried so hard to keep everything together on her own, but she’s now overwhelmed and at risk of losing even more stability. As her family, we are deeply concerned about the outcome if she doesn’t get the help she needs soon.

This GoFundMe is to help her catch up on essential bills, keep her car (which is her only way to earn income), and most importantly, to get her back on her medication so she can stabilize her health.
