We are raising funds to help out my sister Tori, her husband Casey Sowell and their young family in a moment of crisis. On the day before Christmas Eve, while undergoing roof repairs from Hurricane Milton, the entire house collapsed while they were inside. Thankfully, they were able to escape through a window and no one is seriously hurt.

They are now homeless as their house was immediately condemned, and the city immediately demolished it with all of their worldly possessions inside. They are going to have to start over from scratch.

We know that this is a time of year when many people have already had requests for help, but this military family could really use a helping hand to start over now and in the new year.

Update:

The family is holding up well and very grateful for all the good wishes and amazing donations and support. Tampa’s Crisis center is helping them with housing until New Years.
