The Southwestern Spartan Golf Team is doing a fundraising activity and I believe you would be an outstanding supporter, and that led you here! Each of us are sending out letters to gain funds from family and friends. This year, the entire team will hit drivers and record the distances and have a long drive contest!

I am reaching out to you to see if you will support the team in raising $5,000. We have a couple of options available for sponsoring me:
1) You can donate per yard I hit my drive. If you sponsor me for $1 per yard, and I hit my drive 220 yards, you donate $220.00, and that is a great start in chasing my goal!
2) You can donate a set amount completely independent of my long drive (in case I have a rough day). Every bit helps, even $20!
The team and I greatly appreciate any sponsorships we can gather and they help with the ever-growing costs of the game I love and get to play at the collegiate level. If you would like to donate on a per-yard basis, feel free to wait for additional information indicating our results. If you would like to donate a set amount, you can send your donation after competition is completed or at your convenience.
This is a fun competition among the members of the team and we all enjoy a friendly competition where we can let loose and have fun. All of us are extremely competitive, so we make a day out of it. The donations will go towards continuous improvement of our practice facilities, practice equipment, and all other expenses throughout the year.
The sky is the limit for the Spartans this year, and our future is bright. I greatly appreciate all of the support you have provided me to get to this point in my life. Playing the game I love while going through college is a dream-come-true.
