“Blossom Wood School Southern History Tour”

Blossom Wood Day School is a Preschool-6th grade school in North St. Louis County.

Founded in 1998, the school embraces an inclusive approach and has served children from all over St. Louis through one or more of our programs in private full day education, after-school programs open to area public school students and community-based summer programs.

A part of the academic preparation for full day students in grades first through sixth is the travel opportunity offered every three years. It is supported by semester-long classroom learning plans of the selected states and cities. In April 2020, students will travel on a “Southern History Tour” to historical landmarks in Montgomery, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia.

Our goal is to extend the learning of our students by making history and geography meaningful to them. Our goal is to cover the cost of the bus for the three-day trip. Our parents are doing all they can to help make the trip a success. We are grateful for your help in any amount and appreciate your support!
