Peru/Chile Missions Trip

Dear Family & Friends:
I have recently been offered an opportunity to pursue my passion for communities and to utilize my gifts in Peru and Chile. With your generosity, I was able to visit, Nicaragua in 2016, as well as, Thailand and Laos in 2017.
Padre Ramos, Jiquilillo, Chinandega, Nicaragua (2016) - so much love for this truckload of beautiful humans who taught me the value of sustainability, the hazards of our carbon footprint, and the true meaning of hard work.
Little Corn Island, Nicaragua (2016) - rebuilding coral reefs to repopulate the reefs, and therefore, restore the island's primary food source
Wangmariew Elementary, Muong Kuong, Thailand (2017) - a little picture break from English lessons with P4
Mae Tang River, Pong Ngan, Thailand (2017) - bamboo rafting to the Lahu chief's village

This year, I ask you for that same support and encouragement, as I will be a part of a 30-member team of students and adults from Heritage Christian School. Our adventure is set to embark on June 22, 2018 and to return on July 8, 2018.
While in South America, we will have the privilege of visiting churches and orphanages in Lima, Arequipa, “The White City,” and Cuzco. Aside from the culturally immersive experience, I will also be directly impacting children and adults as we visit the orphanages and churches that minister to the people in their communities. Although this opportunity may be slightly different from prior trips I have taken with Growth International Volunteer Excursions (GIVE) in the past, it holds the same amount of girth as previous experiences volunteering abroad. All of the experiences I have had at the hands (and wallets) of those like yourselves who have believed in and contributed to my personal, professional, and spiritual growth know that something big is coming. Taking the knowledge and experience I have had from past excursions, then combining it with my passion for empowering communities on a global scale, I have begun creating a restorative framework to slowly transform humanity as we know it.
Each year I rely on your generosity to sustain my passion as global citizen. If you are financially unable to donate, all I ask is that you may keep our 30-member team in your prayers for the trip or even pass this flyer along to someone who can. It is nothing but a privilege to be able to share my love and joy with these communities around the world, and I would not be able to do any of this without your selflessness. As a college student with an impressive amount of student loans under my belt, anything helps.
