South Moreton School Chrome Book Fundraiser

Do you want to make a difference to your local primary school? We need your help...

South Moreton Primary School is a Google School, using Chromebooks to expand learning for the pupils. Unfortunately they only have one class set of Chromebooks, which previously were moved between classes, but this is more difficult now due to Covid19. The school would like all children in Key Stage 2 to have daily access to Chromebooks in school, so that they can boost computing skills in case of isolation or local lockdown, and continue to improve learning opportunities.

The school and the PTA are trying to raise £16,000 ASAP to buy Chrome books and other resources needed to enable the children to get the most out of their education whilst maintaining a safe distanced learning environment within the classroom.

We are a small community and due to our rural location we can’t call upon the larger companies based in Didcot and Wallingford as the schools in their communities are already benefiting from those resources.
