South African Veterinary Trip

Hi everyone! We are a group of 10 veterinary students from the University of Missouri and we are going to South Africa this summer from July 8th-24th. In Africa we plan to do veterinary field work for about 10 days on a variety of species: lions, elephants, zebra, rhinos, etc. We are all very excited to learn this aspect of veterinary medicine and further our career paths. It is very hard to get clinical practice with exotics for our curriculum so we are taking steps to further our education. However, a trip to South Africa is quite expensive. We are raising money to help us with our travels. The money raised will be equally dispersed to the 10 of us. Thank you so much!
