<div>Aujourd’hui, Jérémie fait face à une nouvelle épreuve.

<div>À la suite de plusieurs crises d’épilepsie et de deux hospitalisations en quelques jours, il doit cesser de travailler pour une période indéterminée afin de subir des examens et de recevoir les soins dont il a besoin. Nous espérons de tout cœur que la situation sera moins grave qu’elle ne le semble, mais, pour le moment, son état de santé l’empêche de gagner sa vie.

<div>Cette période d’arrêt de travail entraînera une importante diminution de ses revenus. Vivant seul, il doit malgré tout continuer d’assumer son loyer, ses factures, son épicerie et toutes ses dépenses quotidiennes.

<div>Jérémie est un homme travaillant, généreux et passionné. Il ne demande jamais d’aide, mais aujourd’hui, c’est à notre tour d’être là pour lui.

<div>A few months ago, many of you discovered Jérémie’s story, a young artist and house painter who inspired people across Quebec by drawing during his awake brain surgery. His courage, determination, and incredible talent touched the hearts of thousands.

<div>After experiencing several epileptic seizures and being hospitalized twice within a few days, he has had to stop working indefinitely while he undergoes further testing and receives the care he needs. We are all hoping with all our hearts that the situation is not as serious as it appears, but for now, his health prevents him from earning a living.

<div>This unexpected time away from work will result in a significant loss of income. Living alone, Jérémie must still cover his rent, groceries, bills, and all of his everyday expenses.
