<div>Alors qu’il a toutes les autorisations administratives pour construire un bâtiment d’élevage nécessaire à sa mise aux normes, six riverains ont intenté une action contre son exploitation, invoquant des troubles anormaux de voisinage liés aux bruits générés par les animaux, les engins et les odeurs inhérentes à une ferme. Après un dernier recours en cour de cassation, le tribunal a débouté Vincent.

<div>Malheureusement, cette action a abouti à une condamnation exigeant, en plus des dommages et intérêts aux plaignants, de lourds travaux d'aménagements pour réduire les odeurs, le bruit, que le tribunal de Beauvais jugera en juin pertinents ou non. En fonction de cette dernière décision, il pourrait se voir contraint de démolir le bâtiment, une situation qui remettrait en question la pérennité même de son activité, sans compter l’impact psychologique profond sur sa vie quotidienne et celle de sa famille.
