Il est issu d’une grande famille qui vit toujours à Gaza : son papa Iyad, sa maman Faten, ses quatre sœurs (Leiane 13 ans, Aya 15 ans, Ala 19 ans, Chayma 29 ans) et ses cinq frères (Zeyne 12 ans, Mahmoud 19 ans, Karam 21 ans, Mustapha 23 ans et Mohammed 24 ans).

<div>Sa famille traverse actuellement une situation dramatique. Mustapha a été grièvement blessé lors d’un bombardement israélien. Son frère Mohammed souffre d’une fracture de 5 cm à la jambe suite à une attaque de l’armée israélienne et ne peut plus marcher.
