PER RIALZARSI E RIPARTIRE SERVONO LE GIUSTE RISORSE!
Il 2020 è stato per tutti un anno di grandi difficoltà e cambiamenti, ancora di più
per chi come noi ha un ristorante. A marzo del 2020, quando ci hanno obbligato a chiudere eravamo increduli ma speranzosi che in poche settimane si sarebbe risolto il tutto e saremmo tornati alla nostra quotidianità fatta di duro lavoro, sorrisi, soddisfazioni, crescita e confronto.
Sono passati 7 anni dalla nostra apertura e dal primo piatto servito. Piatti che nel nostro sogno rappresentano dei mattoncini per costruire un cambiamento nel mondo della ristorazione. 
A metà del 2020, in piena emergenza covid, ci siamo impegnati anche economicamente ad apportare delle migliore al nostro ristorante per poter offrire maggiori servizi, un'esperienza più completa ed un ambiente in linea con le normative e i provvedimenti di sicurezza consigliati ed imposti dal governo.
Ad oggi, a seguito delle misure restrittive imposte dai vari DPCM, ed ai ritardi dovuti dalla burocrazia per i miseri ed assurdi aiuti economici alle imprese, ci troviamo a far fronte ad una serie di difficoltà, che stanno mettendo a repentaglio il nostro sogno.
Le donazioni saranno usate per coprire costi fissi di affitti arretrati e futuri, spese legali, vecchie fatture non pagate che hanno messo in difficoltà anche i nostri fornitori, le utenze e poter alla fin fine avere da parte una piccola cifra per ripartire al meglio.
Abbiamo urgenza di raccogliere una prima parte di soldi entro l'inizio di febbraio per poter mantenere la parola data ad alcuni fornitori ed avvocati e provvedere al pagamento di alcune scadenze.
Grazie ad ognuno di voi, ed all'affetto che ci lega, insieme possiamo superare questo ostacolo. Sappiamo più che mai quanto in questo periodo una singola donazione sia significativa .
Anche un piccolissimo aiuto può fare la differenza.
Un grazie di cuore a tutti quelli che ci hanno supportato finora, e che decideranno di continuare a farlo.

GETTING UP AND STARTING OVER REQUIRES THE RIGHT RESOURCES!
The 2020 has been for everyone a year of great difficulties and changes, even more for those of us who manage a restaurant. In March 2020, when we were forced to close, we were incredulous but hopeful that in a few weeks everything would be resolved and we would return to our daily routine made of hard work, smiles, satisfaction, growth and dialogue.
It's been 7 years since our opening and since the first dish served. Dishes that in our dream represent bricks to build a change in the world of gastronomy. 
In mid-2020, in the peak of the covid emergency, we made a financial commitment to improve our restaurant in order to offer more services, a more complete experience and an ambience in line with the standards and safety measures recommended and imposed by the government.
To date, as a result of restrictive measures imposed by various DPCM, and delays due to bureaucracy for the miserable and absurd economic support to businesses, we are facing a series of difficulties, which are compromising our dream.
The donations will be used to cover the fixed costs of old and future rents, legal fees, old unpaid bills that have put in trouble even our suppliers, utilities and in the end have a small amount of money to start again.
We urgently need to collect a first part of money by the beginning of February in order to keep our word to some suppliers and lawyers and to pay some deadlines.
Thanks to each of you, and to the affection that unites us, together we can overcome this obstacle. We know more than ever how significant a single donation is in this period.
Even a very small help can make a difference.
