I have some exciting news that I would like to share with you. I have been accepted by Planetshaker's Church in Melbourne, Australia, as a part of their 1 year internship programme. This has been my dream for the past few years and on July 8th I will be heading down to Australia.
This is going to be a great adventure for me; leaving home and learning to be independent.
Planetshakers is one of Australia's largest churches based in Melbourne. It currently has 3 locations in Melbourne; City, North East and Geelong and 1 international location in Cape Town, South Africa. They have a college alongside the church where students can enrol in a Certificate of Leadership course or an Internship. I have chosen the Internship.
Planetshakers College offers an Internship program for those who are not wishing to study at the College and simply want to dedicate time to a Stream. I have chosen the Event Management stream. The Internship will consist of a minimum of 3 week days serving in any one of the 8 Streams we have to choose from, plus serving on Sundays. Here I will experience the culture of the Kingdom through Planetshakers City Church. I will be discipled and trained to build great foundations in my life, developing a heart and character that enables me to flourish. I will be involved in Weekly Chapel services, 3 major Conferences, Urban Life groups/ Church courses, Leadership Days, College Retreats, Stream Camps and events and much more!
I have been saving hard and doing some fundraising events but I am looking for some friends who would financially support me throughout the year or would like to give a one time donation.

Tuition Fees: £1800
Visa: £245
Medical Insurance: £422
Living Costs: £7200
