Please help me on my Volunteer trip to Samoa.
PLEASE SHARE, we are almost there and the hair cut is happening Very Very shortly :-)
In order to raise funds for my volunteer trip to Samoa, I will be cutting off my hair and donating it to charity. My hair will be donated to “Variety, The Children’s Charity”. Donations of hair are made into specialised wigs for children who have lost their hair due to a medical condition such as alopecia or cancer. I leave home for Samoa in ONE WEEK to volunteer with a Samoan family, helping managing and upgrading their tourist accommodation and resort. They have many projects they need assistance with, from minor renovation work, to teaching children and organising cultural experiences for Westerners. The funds will be used to assist my volunteer work, travel and basic living needs in Samoa. My hair is such a huge part of me and my personality but, there are people who need it more than I do. My life and career have taught me so much, and it is scary to think about leaving it all behind, but I have decided to make my priority volunteering and helping the world. I am grateful for your support and kindness, and if you are unable to donate I hope my story gives you an urge to help the world in any way. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this.
