Sophia's Diner
This is my special friend Sophia, the six year old daughter of my old college buddy. Sophia is smart, sweet, and brave little girl who insists on dressing as Wonder Woman every chance she gets.
Recently, Sophia hasn't been feeling well. Originally thought to have Celiac's following severe GI issues, hospital tests have revealed several masses in her brain along with significant swelling and fluid.
While in the PICU awaiting a diagnosis, Sophia and her mom are making a list of all of the things that she wants to do when she gets home. Chief among these strategy sesssions is Sophia's plan to open her own diner.
She loves the food, the atmosphere, and the community of a diner and we all know that she will make a terrific chef when this is behind her.
While she fights this new challenge, our little Wonder Woman will need things to look forward to. Let's raise some money to help Sophia create the best diner ever when she's ready.
