URGENT: Sophia is in the ICU fighting for her life.
Sophia has had ongoing problems this week. There is a facegroup on my wall if you want to join for details and updates. The pressure from these have caused several ongoing issues. She has had two small strokes in her brain stem. These are affecting her fascial and trigeminal nerves which control face and swallow and speech. She is intubated. Cause still unknown.
The best team available in the best hospital ICU have helped us decide against a neurosurgery biopsy but instead pursue steroids to reduce pressue to stop her neurological decline and (hope) reverse it.
This has been the hardest 40 hours of our lives. She is fighting for her life.
Please pray and share with everyone on earth that these steroids help her and get her safe and help her recover. We love you all and hope you will tell the world to save this extraordinary human not for us but for her and what she brings to this life.
