House Fire - Family Displaced

My son's triplex caught fire early Thanksgiving morning (like 1 AM). He and his fiancé, baby, and cat made it out safe. The fire started in the adjacent unit and spread to their unit. The fire department has deemed the unit unlivable. He is looking for emergency services for him and his family. We are uneducated in the community services available. He has been in contact with the Red Cross and plans to find additional community help.

They have not been in this unit long and were not able to get renter's insurance.
