Sonny Pope-Saunders - Final Disneyland Wish

My nephew Sonny is 6 years old and has been diagnosed with a rare type of brain tumour.  It is a diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and is very unfortunately a high grade and very aggressive tumour.  He has been given between 6 and 10 months to live. He has started radiotherapy and will continue with this until it is no longer working. It was a complete shock and he was diagnosed in less than 48 hours.   Sonny has 2 siblings, Star and Hudson, and we would love for them to go to Disneyland Paris before Sonny deteriorates.   We will be doing as many fund raising activities as possible, but if you could spare any amount we would be so grateful.
