Who am I? Let me introduce me to you:
My Name is Sonja Hellmann and back in 2003 I stumbled accidentally into a 5Rhythms-exploration-group & never stopped practicing.
Many of you know me as an artist (painting & performance), art therapist & teacher and mother of two gorgeous boys. I'm dancing since teenage years different styles like standard & latin-american, jazzdance, modern dance, contact improvisation and I'm the founder of „LichtschachT – art investigation “.
With help of the 5Rhythm-maps I become more able to understand all-me and I am continuously do so, to develop myself towards my true inner self. I dance to become more comfortable being me. I even danced and sung my -now 8years old- son into this world. I danced through love- and life-crises, found myself crying out a river and planting seeds of new, flying in the lights of your eyes and spreading smiles from the nourishring depth of our hearts.
5Rhythms is a moving meditation based on five universal rhythms that flow through our lives. Together they build
a WAVE: FLOWING_STACCATO_CHAOS_LYRICAL_STILLNESS. A way to become conscious through dance as each of these rhythms has the capacity to teach, catalyze, and even heal. "If you just set people in motion they'll heal themselfs." G.R.

Now the sweet and strong urge of giving back is calling me.
To become a 5Rhythms - teacher I need a training which last one year. I could already effort one third of it, which means a part of the training fee and all costs for the 1st Module (in Garrison, NY, USA this April! whoop whoop !) and technical equipment, passport, first aid course, readings etc..
NOW I need to raise in the next days & weeks:
3.800$ for the pending part of the training fee
700€ for 2nd Module flights, bed & food in Zagreb, Croatia (Oct.'17)
2.000€ for 3rd Module flights, bed & food in Salt Lake City, USA (Apr.'18)
+ GoFundMe fee, costs + taxes ...
