Founded in 2011 by Sandi Turner, Sondra's Song is nonprofit organization that focuses on providing homes for fostered young adults that are aging out of foster care. The transition from living under the State's care to independent living can be tough one. This organization exists to support these young adults in the difficulties of figuring out housing, expenses, taxes, and managing new responsibilities.
Sondra's Song creates a forever family for those graduating into adulthood from foster care. They even create and tailor structured programs to help these young adults accomplish their personal goals. They have strived to be the support system and source of encouragement each young adult deserves and needs.
