Choosing to donate - is a choice to gain alternatives that politicans haven't considered. We've created methods and ideas that are NOT Democrat or Republican politics focused.

Be surprised . . . no tricks, no gimmicks, no "spin" - a highly inventive compelling story . . . choose to be a part of something fresh with BETTER DEFINITIONS. 

In 2001 my wife & I began what others hadn't seen . . . finding answers to a nationwide need regarding our Seniors and Elderly in the U.S.. While reducing taxpayer costs.

=========>  AND REDUCING "Entitlement" costs to tax payers - BUT NOT CUTTING benefits to Seniors who use and need those benefits for Seniors.

Now before we go even 1 more paragraph further . . . 

     Lets define who is benefited:   If you are 55 or older              - you are already potentially a Senior or will be shortly.                                                                         If you are younger than 55  -  eventually you will be a Senior if you live long enough.

                                    =========>    Being a Senior does NOT mean fragile, senile, or nursing home candidate condition.

                                     =========>     But being a Senior should mean having "future value* " to yourself and others.

                                                                                 * Senior Future Value is a special term of ours that is applied for Trademark.

Translation = Real consideration targeted to improve health & value to Seniors - effect you now & parents or family/friends/children.

"New " ideas ===> We focused on Clever,  Logical, Reasonable, Creative , & Predictable methods to solve some of our country's primary Entitlement concerns . . . - but not penalize the tax payer in doing it as Congress was and is doing the last few decades

We created NEW definitions & "OLDE" ideas in inventive ways. We believe Seniors can be far more valuable than current generations have recognized.  ===> after all they spent their entire lives learning to accomplish things & too often we discard that knowledge & experience from our grandparents and parents far too easily and quickly. We need to recycle "Olde" knowledge & combine with new technology. 

Lets use an easy example.  A 100 or 150 years ago - a gold or silver mine may have been a benefit & profitable. Then  it was abandoned because it wasn't profitable any longer.  But today - with new technology thinking - that same gold or silver mine could once again be highly valued and profitable at a much lower cost and not WASTE it.   Long Past knowledge & experience has future value to the U.S..

We don't advocate Seniors do manual labor or work longer - we advocate that we RECYCLE the knowledge & skills past generations used or developed & combine it with new age common sense & truly inventive NEW thinking and can be COST CONTROLLED for Taxpayers.

We keep being told its crazy to expect this - and yet that is EXACTLY what we did.   We couldn't wait for our elected officials to grasp and then implement this - it would be a fantasy to believe Congress could or would do it on their own.  So we started in 2001 to design, develop and eventually TEST the ideas and invent methods and items to implement those past ideas with new innovation.

I'm the 1st to admit - our efforts have found TOO MANY SOLUTIONS ======>  you heard me right - People get dizzy when I explain concepts and inventions we invented one after another after another. They've been told for decades it can't be done - and certainly a husband and wife team "could never accomplish or innovate to make it possible".  We chose not to believe that self-defeatist thinking. 

Here's part of the key to unlock innovation . . . . Government has wanted to cost control a "wish list" - in other words - save Medicare money by cutting the benefits - or find ways to charge the users more to keep the benefits.  That's soooooo easy & ==> sooooo wrong. 

=====> Our solution focused on keeping some users healthier so that the NEED for Medicare services and long term support declined. We don't want to eliminate benefits - we want to eliminate the frequency those benefits are needed instead.  Rocket science for a "simple mind"  :-)  In other words ====> think more and spend less = = = = > to get a far better result for people ===> and less government waste.

But my wife and I aren't government and we've been supporting this research and development on our own money and efforts - and that can't continue after 20 years.   We need outside donations to keep us working and to give us the ability to influence existing and future government leaders - and the money to take our inventions & designs and patent them to protect these benefits for the TAX PAYERS instead of some already wealthy companies. And gee - we'd like to be able to afford a vacation once in awhile  too :-)

Our designs - didn't even know about Covad 19 Virus and what it would cause in the U.S. - yet we had already planned for ways to minimize not just violent weather conditions, and earth friendly environment needs - but also the potential dangers of illnesses and protecting seniors better from some aging and illness maladies - again ======> Keeping Seniors in better condition and with less "repairs" needed to save the tax payers money and keep Seniors less in nursing homes and hospitals - and into Assisted & Independent Living situations instead.

Think active and productive and VALUED.

Donations is what will keep us working on finalizing these plans and inventions.  Is it a compliment we've been told we have too many solutions?   ABSOLUTELY - its nice to hear . . . . but its still a problem of obtaining donations to live on while we work for everyone's benefit - - - and its been 20 long years of efforts.  We've had numerous successes with benefiting people & many inventions & building designs - yet we've never had the chance to sit back and rest while appreciating those successes. And to get Elected Officials

1 A Goal is To Find methods to Reduce "Entitlement costs" in the U.S. - SPECIFICALLY  Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

I won't debate the merits of partisan politics or Congress's spending - but the facts are that Congress has NO POSITIVE answers . . . . for the three most important programs ===> Social Security . . . . Medicare . . . . Medicaid < ====  their only "answers in Congress" or Federal Leadership are to cut benefits & increase program fees for those specific 3 entitlement program users & those qualified for them.  

I think its faulty planning,  weak reasoning, and terrible insight by Congress that harms our country and its current and future Seniors.  

My wife & I started in 2001 - to design, invent, & innovate at levels beyond what most would expect "a regular citizen couple" could or would do.   Congress is "addicted" to spending and promising money to voters.  It appears we need citizens to motivate "treatment" for those addictions of spending.  Congress wants to cut benefits and increase fees - instead of finding TRUE answers.   A nation of regular people like you & I have been paying toward those promised programs our whole lives. But remember - if you aren't a senior now - you will be - its about everyone.

===>     If  you donate to our effort . . . its for your benefit & your family & friends benefit if you are to ever use these programs in the future.   Our grandparents and great grandparents FULLY UNDERSTOOD "there is no free lunch" - you have to work for it.  WE (my wife and I) have been working to benefit others - but its going to require others to help and support our significant efforts and to add to it to get Congress listening and discussing what they have not been able to do for decades.

===>           How is that possible ?  

My wife & I have done what Government has not . . . . imagine real solutions - then test to prove them valid & reasonable.   

Ideas is just the start - making them financially justified is the trick.  Here's an example of our country's history and our logic.  Invent what doesn't exist, innovate to create what has not been thought of - create what others don't imagine.     Thomas Edison, Eli Whitney, Benjamin Franklin, Henry Ford and 100's of others invented and innovated our country to successes both large and small.    So we used the exact same concepts - - that invention and innovation start in the MIND - and it CAN be done.   

              Each hip NOT broken may save $100,000+ for Medicare/Medicaid . . . . . imagine how many there are each year. 

                                     Each pneumonia not suffered saves untold hospital costs and nursing home stays and still more surgeries.   

                                                   If Seniors can avoid hospitalizations & long nursing home stays, big chunks of Medicare money are not spent.  

Meanwhile if Seniors can avoid these problems and stay healthier they don't need to lose their benefits or pay more fees.   And they can live better and healthier mentally and physically.

=====>  How simple can I say this?  If we can eliminate the need for big expenses - tax payers don't have those costs to pay.

Why could a husband and wife team come up with positive solutions by the hand full while Congress over the same 20 years can't ? Its a difference in motivations and not taking "the easy road" to get answers - its a lot more work and testing.  And its understanding normal people don't have the benefits that elected Federal officials are guaranteed.

2. Improve safety and comfort for Seniors who choose to live in newly designed "proposed" Assisted or Independent living design structures. 

We believe Seniors whether you are 60 or 75 or 90 are not only a rapidly expanding quantity - but a GROWING IMPORTANCE in our country's future.  There are good and innovative ways to make Seniors lives safer and healthier and more pleasant for Seniors and not burden taxpayers or their relatives at the same time.  But there is more - they have wisdom we are not harvesting.

How can it be safer?  

a. Better material choices & better design to protect against ever MORE INCREASING yearly Tornadoes, Storms & Wind damage, not to mention better protection and safety from Wild Fires, or accidental fires and several forms of random crime.

b. Improved air quality, heating & air conditioning and "breath ability".  As you age - these are big issues to consider.

c. Safer designs to help avoid falls, & reduce healthcare costs caused by pneumonia, broken bones, lung & joint issues. 

d. Unique NEW methods to help Seniors be more aware of their health & be pro-active rather than re-active in responding.

     "Checking the oil in a car" is much cheaper than rebuilding or replacing "a car engine that didn't have enough oil" in it.

d. a focus on making seniors more valued and desired to others in our country which also improves their mental & emotional perspective as well as helps the U.S. too.  When your body is exposed to a healthier more motivated mind & heart - your body responds as well.  Harvest Wisdom from Seniors just like a farmer properly treating his land gets better crop production too :-)

Will people live longer if they are healthier?  We'd like to say Yes . . but there are No guarantees . . . but its safe to say they will likely be healthier in those same Senior years no matter how long those years are.   QUALITY of Life - not QUANTITY of years is OUR issue.

                What would I have given for the knowledge I have now - for my grandmother 40 years ago?

                She could have been healthier mentally the last 3 years of her life - and could have remained

                            sharp till the end instead of worrying herself into a nursing home for those last 3 years.

We need donations - plain and simple.  We've got answers galore but we need money to live and make those answers happen.

We want to harvest the knowledge of our seniors - because its plain to see the U.S. needs all the common sense and awareness it can find - and we need to see our government elected officials humbled into recognizing they must be more effective . . . . . talk less , , , , campaign less . . . . impress with results instead of with campaign funds.

It doesn't matter if you are Republican, Democrat, or Independent . . . . it  DOES  MATTER if you want to see our country succeed.

When combining goals and solutions for #1 and #2 above - you create healthier productive Seniors with less costs caused by hospitals, surgeries, medications & clinic visits; if done correctly with the aid of our inventions & innovations  CUTS in benefits & more FEES aren't needed because our ideas can reduce the spending on unneeded healthcare treatments. 

                 We have dozens of graphics - explaining how we solve the many needs - but we need donations to keep us producing.

Your government representatives aren't going to invent and innovate these ideas - but our husband and wife team DID.

If you're going to be a Senior some day - our ideas help you.   If you have senior parents, friends, relatives etc. it may help them. 

Can these ideas extend a parent's life or happiness or both ? Maybe.   I can accurately tell you it did by 7 full years for my mom - because we've tested much of our innovations and ideas on her . . . .  and they worked for her and others.   My wife and I aren't  "throwing darts at the target and hoping for a fluke bullseye"; from 2001 thru 2020 - we invented and then tested to successes.

Your donations keep us working on these goals and finalizing these inventions & innovations . . . . and finding ways to influence government as well as private enterprise to adapt our solutions.

TWO solutions - just 2 - from a list of more than a dozen+ solutions we have.  I'm highlighting just 2 .  

Is your donation worthwhile to help for just these 2 priorities ?? Who among you could say No - when YES is the logical answer.

Donate . . . . for choices Congress members are not even considering possible.  They can't "imagine" reducing costs - only reducing benefits or increasing fees.  That is opposite our country's founding and earlier history of inventors and Innovators to be focused on THE POSITIVE - not the negative.  

Why don't we (my wife and I) contact Government about this.   We DID - starting with Congress and the Executive branch in 2011 and going forward . . . 1000's & 1000's of emails and MANY hundreds of mailings. NONE of them since then has had a clue of the possibilities and only contacted us - with boiler plate "thank you" letters or an occasional Governor or two interests.

We need financial support - we need people support to get a positive and needed citizen impact for current and future Seniors.

Congress wants to mess with your Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits - Its up to the citizens (you) to keep us working because government . . . . . needs to see and hear something other than their negative answers.

Knowledgeable people tell me my wife & I are offering

                       too much proof - too much information - too many solutions.

I think that is nuts in a country badly lacking solutions & answers to many needs.

When we benefit Seniors properly . . . . we benefit the country for everyone especially our youngest generations.

               Don't look at it or get distracted with "too many solutions".     

            

             

       REAL creativity - not just colorful words and old, tired, worn efforts to be heard only at election time.

I'd challenge you to name a single proposed candidate for Federal Executive or Legislative branches - offering solutions like ours.
