The Solomon's home was extensively damaged during Hurricane Irma when two very large trees fell on the roof. The family was inside when this happened at 1:45am and had to seek safety at a local shelter. Thankfully no one was hurt!
As in a fire, the Solomon family will have to deal with much more than temporary displacement from their home. They have lost personal possessions, keepsakes, heirlooms, décor, and other items that mean so much to all of us and are often among our most treasured belongings.
