<div>Wir sind Ahmad, 29 Jahre, aus Haifa (Palästina), und Leon, 29 Jahre, aus Duisburg. Gemeinsam waren wir aktiv in der Gruppe Palästina Solidarität Duisburg (PSDU).

<div>Im Mai 2024 wurde PSDU verboten. Unser „Vergehen“: Wir waren laut und aktiv gegen den Genozid in Gaza und den Kolonialismus, die Apartheid und die Besatzung in ganz Palästina.

</div>
<div>Im Zuge des Verbots kam es zu Hausdurchsuchungen bei uns und bei zwei weiteren Personen. Die Polizei nahm uns alles weg, was mit Palästina zu tun hatte. Außerdem all unsere technischen Geräte (Handys, Laptops usw.) und uns nahezu jegliches Bargeld. Dadurch entstand allein bei uns beiden zusammen ein finanzieller Schaden in Höhe von an die 25.000€. (Da wir nicht wissen, wann und in welchem Zustand wir unsere technischen Geräte zurückbekommen, mussten wir sie teilweise ersetzen.)

<div>Gemeinsam haben wir beide Klage gegen dieses Verbot und alle damit zusammenhängenden Angriffe eingereicht.

<div>Aber Gerichtsverfahren kosten nicht nur Zeit und Energie, sondern auch viel Geld. Allein für die ersten Instanzen haben wir schon rund 8.000€ zahlen müssen.

<div>We are Ahmad, 29 dears old from haifa (Palestine) and Leon also 29 years old from Duisburg. Both of us were in the group „Palästina Solidarität Duisburg/Palestine Solidarity Duisburg“ short PSDU.

<div>In May 2024, PSDU got banned. Our "offense": we were vocal and active in opposing the genocide in Gaza, as well as the colonialism, apartheid, and the occupation throughout Palestine.
</div>

</div>
<div>Following the ban, our homes and the homes of two other comrades got raided. The police confiscated everything related to Palestine, as well as all our technical devices (phones, laptops, etc.) and nearly all of our cash. This has caused us alone a financial loss of approximately €25,000. (Since we don’t know when or in what condition we’ll get our devices back, we’ve had to replace some of them.)

<div>Together, we have filed a lawsuit against this ban and all related attacks against us.
</div>

<div>However, legal proceedings not only cost time and energy, but also a lot of money. For the first trials alone, we have already had to pay around €8,000.

<div>نحن أحمد، 29 سنة، من حيفا (فلسطين) وليون، 29 سنة، من دويسبورغ. كنا معاً ناشطين في "مجموعة التضامن مع فلسطين في دويسبورغ" (PSDU).

<div>في مايو 2024 تم حظر PSDU. "جريمتنا": أننا كنا نرفع أصواتنا وناشطين ضد الإبادة الجماعية في غزة وضد الاستعمار، والفصل العنصري، والاحتلال الصهيوني في كل فلسطين.

<div>بسبب هذا الحظر، تعرضنا لتفتيش منازلنا نحن الاثنين وشخصان آخرين. الشرطة صادرت كل شيء له علاقة بفلسطين، بالإضافة إلى جميع أجهزتنا التقنية (هواتف، لابتوبات، إلخ.) وصادروا منا تقريباً كل النقود التي كانت معنا. هذا أدى إلى خسارة مالية قدرها حوالي 25,000 يورو لنا الاثنين معاً. (ولأننا لا نعلم متى وفي أي حالة سنستعيد أجهزتنا، فكنا مضطرون لشراء بعض البدائل لها.)

<div>لكن الدعاوى القضائية لا تستهلك فقط الوقت والطاقة، بل أيضاً الكثير من المال. حتى الآن دفعنا حوالي 8000 يورو للدرجات القضائية الأولى.

<div>Yasaktan sonra, bizim ve iki arkadaşımızın evleri polis tarafından basıldı. Polis, Filistin ile ilgili tüm materyallerimizi, teknik cihazlarımızı (telefonlar, laptoplar, vb.) ve neredeyse tüm nakit paramızı aldı. Bu baskınların bize maliyeti yaklaşık 25.000 € oldu. (Cihazlarımızı ne zaman ve hangi durumda geri alacağımızı bilmediğimiz için bazılarını yeniden almak zorunda kaldık.)
