Since its inception in October 2016, The Dami Adeniyi brand has played a huge role in helping bring positive and inspiring African immigrant stories to the limelight.  My vision is to inspire positivity, redesign the narrative, and re-engineer the social perspective of Africa and her people. I have been able to achieve this through the blog www.damiadeniyi.com which has consistently achieved a growing readership and traffic. Our content has received a growing audience from followers in more than 21 countries. Our directory; www.damidirect.com, focuses on motivating and creating visibility to African businesses of all sizes, primarily in Canada.

In a little over 2 years, the brand has gained national and international exposure as the place to go for uplifting portrayals of Africans in Canada.

However, there is more to be done; and, we want to do more! We want to continue to share more inspirational stories in our community in more creative and engaging ways.  Consequently, we are taking things to the next level by starting a web-based news commentary show that is centered on current updates and events in the African-Canadian Community and Canada at large.
