It has been 19 months ( with zero news / video or talk ) already since my dearest daughter Sofia was illegally abducted by her mother and was deceived into the USA. She had permission from authorities to go visit family for 2.5 weeks and she signed for it but decided to disappear. Not only from me but also with all authorities, banks, apt and much more. She's actually filing false claims against us and teaching Sofia horrific false things her loving daddy would have done to her and having her go testify in front of authorities - which is more than very sad. Luckily first big case has been closed as experts questioned Sofia 3 times and they are 100% sure she's just repeating something her mom told her to say in order to have a reason to not come back home. What a terrible way to act with your own daughter ! I am just so sorry for my beautiful child. So much suffering at such a young age.

In order to stop this terrible injustice, after having filed all needed here with authorities, HAGUE, Interpol etc, I hired a lawyer on site ( in Missouri ) so that he is following the procedure and help me bring my daughter Sofia back here also to her father in Switzerland, where she has been a regular resident for the past 3 years, therefore the baby MUST come back to her home by law. Just to be clear, my intention is clearly not to take baby away from her mother but get them both home and then plan the future everyone wants keeping baby's wellbeing always on top of priorities.

The lawyers in the USA initial retainer was $7,500 which we reached in June 2024 so we started legal action for Sofia's repatriation. Now I am still looking for more support as I am sure mother and her family will be fighting further in order to win against the international law and at the end the freedom for Sofia to be back to her home with also her father and Swiss family and friends. Court date was set for March 17 2025, then delayed to May 27th and now once again just heard today. :-( - The power of money ? Poor my baby Sofia ). We are looking at October 2025 at this time.

I am still asking everyone who knows me for a contribution to help me hug my daughter again. A baby needs a mother and a father.

Please help me - but above all help Sofia to still have her dad close to her.

Spero tutto bene da te/voi …

Siamo purtroppo a 19 mesi dal giorno che la mia carissima figlia Sofia è stata rapita illegalmente da sua madre ed è stata portata negli USA con l'inganno ( zero news, video o parlato - una situazione terribile per un papa' ). Per poter interrompere questa tremenda ingiustizia ho fatto tutto il giusto reports alle autorita' qui e Berna ma ho ( grazie al aiuto dei donatori ) assunto un legale in loco ( Missouri, USA ) affinchè possa seguire la pratica ed aiutarmi a riportare mia figlia Sofia qui anche da suo padre in Svizzera, dove e’ residente usuale da 3 anni e dunque per legge la mia baby DEVE tornare a casa sua.

I legali in USA hanno iniziato il loro lavoro e avviato un'azione legale per il rimpatrio di Sofia. Adesso continuo questa campagna visto che so quanto la madre e la sua famiglia vogliano lottare al posto di fare quello che e' giusto e tornare a casa e dare a Sofia oltre la sua casa anche il suo caro papa' e famiglia CH e amici oltre a tante altre cose qui come scuola ecc. Dovevamo finalmente andare in corte in Missouri il 17 Marzo 2025, data poi spostata al 27 Maggio ma proprio oggi ho sentito che ancora una volta verra' spostata. Il potere dei soldi? Povera la mia cara Sofia ).

Sembra che dovremmo arrivare in corto in Ottobre 2025. Si giusto - frustrante - 18 mesi per arrivare in corte quando tutto e' chiaro - Sofia e' stata rapita illegalmente e tutto il resto sono solo falsita' della madre che non vuole riportarla a casa sua - ossia Ascona da dove e' stata rapita e dove e' legalmente residente ancora oggi - per legge internazionale.

Chiedo a tutti quelli che mi conoscono un contributo per aiutarmi a riabbracciare mia figlia. Una baby ha bisogno della madre come del padre.

Ti prego di aiutarmi - ma soprattutto di aiutare Sofia ad avere ancora vicino il suo papà.
