<div>Ruptura y Democracia se constituye como una incipiente asociación civil sin ánimo de lucro, la cual tiene como objetivo crear un nuevo marco cultural donde la ciudadanía adquiera conocimientos y conciencia sobre qué es una democracia, y por qué debe ser el sistema a defender frente a la oligarquía de partidos que impera actualmente en España.
