South Africa Soccer Service Trip

Hi everyone!
As an All-Academic NCAA athlete, I have been invited to participate in a service trip to Cape Town, South Africa this summer through an amazing program called training4changeS. The program stands by the idea that "sport has the power to change the world...to unite in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand...sport can create hope...it laughs in the face of all types of discrimination" -Nelson Mandela. I will have the opportunity to engage South African youth in soccer clinics, build mentoring relationships, and focus on leadership development for the youth and for myself. I'm so stoked to be able to participate in this unbelievably unique experience, and I'm so grateful that you took the time to read my plea and consider helping me make this possible!
Specifically, the cost covers my airfare, lodging, meals, the clinics, health insurance, and all transportation within South Africa!
