SO MUCH MORE Documentary

Donation protected
We are making a documentary film, called SO MUCH MORE, which follows the lives of two brave women, once strangers living only a few miles apart, brought together by their terminal diagnosis of Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) and their desire to DO MORE.  Everyday, relatable women living their lives and advocating for MBC research, knowing that any day could be their last. And WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We are setting a goal of $25,000 to finish this film, with primary costs going to post production for editing, music, paying our staff and more! So, will you help us reach that? Any amount will help!  In a world filled with pink ribbons, we, the film crew and cast, hope to take you further and teach you that there is "SO MUCH MORE." We hope to educate, empower and inspire you to give to our film, and overall to research for metastatic breast cancer! (And be sure to check out our Update #3 to see the incentives when sponsoring our film) To learn more about the film, meet our subjects (Update #1) and crew (Update #2), keep scrolling and visit those "UPDATES".... and THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram: So Much More Film  Summary of Film This film is primarily about an incurable, terminal disease that gives you a median 3 year life expectancy, has few treatment options and lacks funding for research. What is this disease? It’s called Metastatic Breast Cancer, also known as Stage IV Breast Cancer. And most know less than they should about this disease that claims 116 lives EVERY DAY in the U.S. alone, because this is the breast cancer that kills. There is no cure for them, they will not survive, but they deserve more! They deserve so much more! They have so much more to live for. They need so much more research. They are meant for so much more. This is SO MUCH MORE than pink. This film follows the lives of two ordinary, yet exceptional women, on their journey of educating people, fundraising and advocating for METAvivor, a non-profit which gives 100% of donations to fund MBC research. METAvivor is run primarily by women living with MBC and is unique within the non-profit sector as it uses 100% of donations. This is a story of everyday women you will fall in love with as well as a call to action. The story, their stories (and others), unfold through interviews, video diaries, photographs, archival footage, and music as they continue to advocate for MBC through social media, in conversations, hosting fundraisers, participating in national campaigns, pushing research and seeking the best treatment.
