So close to achieving a dream...

So I made a book for my kids for a Christmas present.  Writing and drawing have always been my thing.  I even went to college for Illustration.  One day I had a publisher contact me about the book I made for my children.  This was a very pleasant surprise as I have always wanted to be a published author.  I copyrighted it, then sent in a copy, and they loved it.  The last hurdle before finally becoming the author I always wanted to be, is a fee that's required to distribute the book as widely as possible.  With four kids and many house repairs to do, that seems very out of reach.  The publisher can't wait forever as many people are turning in their own manuscripts.  I know right now times are very tough, but I would be eternally grateful for any help with this fee.  Every little bit helps.  I have always dreamed of being an author/illustrator.  I even have other books in the works and finished.  I just need this one ice breaker.  So any excess donations I will put towards other books.
