Meet Lincoln, an amazing 6month old ball of love, kisses, cuddles and perfectness. He was lucky enough to find his forever home with two Amazing people, Ashley and Jared.

...Fourth of July was a perfect weekend. Perfect weather, Surrounded by perfect people at the perfect place. Life was good. Lincoln was having the time of his life playing with his friends next door, running through the muddy water making a mess of the camp, being the perfect little puppy.
Towards the end of the weekend we noticed that Lincoln seemed a little more "balloon" shaped than normal, thinking he just got into something, not much was thought of the situation as we countinued to enjoy our "mini vacations ".
Well Saturday turned to Sunday, Sunday to Monday...Monday turned back into the end of the week and Lincolns shape wasn't getting better. An appointment at the normal vet was made to make sure he didn't actually get into something at camp well, the normal vet appointment turned into an immediate emergency appointment to the vetinary hospital.
Ashley and Jared didn't know what was going on but could only hope for the best waiting for the doctors. That night Lincoln had to stay over for observation because something just wasn't right..
The next morning a call was made...a call that any pet owner would never want to hear. Lincoln was diagnosed congestive heart failure caused by super ventricular tachycardia with second tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy. Basically his little heart is much bigger than it should be because it is unable to pump out the proper amount of blood, getting in caught in the heart. Lincoln had to spend time at the emergency hospital hooked up to an IV getting different combinations of many medications for a few days that seemed like a lifetime. Finally 5 days later the little man was able to come back to his loving home, with his numerous medication bottles to keep his little heart beating. Lincoln will need to have an 8 hour heart surgery in Ohio sooner than later so that he will be able to live his life the way he should be able to..

I am writing this because Ashley and Jared are the most selfless people I know and would do anything for anyone and make sure that everyone has everything they need before they even think of themselves. They would never ask anyone for help with ANYTHING that is why I am asking for help, to help their little boy..anything at all would be much appreciated, even if it's just a prayer.
