Maddie's ACL surgery

My name is Susan and anybody that knows me knows that my pets are my kids. On Labor day, my dog Maddie was playing with her dog friend Rigley. They were running and Maddie started limping. We went to the vet and they said hoping for a bruised knee but probably an ACL tear. She's not getting better. I'm not able to get a loan right now because of medical bills etc so I would appreciate any and all help. Things have changed since this post. Last weekend she hurt her other leg. Vet suggested we wait 3/4 weeks for swelling to go down. This one seems worse so surgery on this one will be first
