Stem Cell Surgery So Larrin Can Run

Donation protected
Life for Larrin Webster has been no walk in the park. Born to teenage parents, Larrin's experiences in life handed him wicked blows. With a young mother struggling with addiction and a father playing professional football leaving him with no time to spend, Larrin found himself being place from home to home. Without stability 13yr old Larrin was introduced to a life of selling drugs that landed him in a great deal of trouble in school and has his fair share of run ins with the law. While athleticism was his strong point, especially in football, he continued to spiral down the wrong path. Upon being expelled from his local high school, Larrin received a break. With Juvenile charges pending, he was able to attend Fork Union Military Academy. Though he grabbed the attention of many Division 1 universities, he had a rough time maintaining the right GPA for college. With his diploma being held Larrin was scheduled to return for the 2005-2006 school yr. so he could be eligible for his scholarships. That summer of June 2005 is when everything had changed. Exposed to the same negative environment, Larrin found himself indulging in dangerous street activity. After being home for just two weeks on June 9, 2005 Larrin was riding passenger with a friend, and from there shots were fired into the vehicle. Larrin suffered a gun shot wound that penetrated his spine leaving him paralyzed for almost a year. With aggressive rehabilitation Larrin was back on his feet. Still relying on walkers and Canes for mobility,Larrin's hopes for the NFL was shattered. Ineligible for the work force, frustration began to set in, for the 18 year old. With the family depending on him for financial support his life of selling drugs continued. Traveling from state to state and dealing in a life of crime , several years later Larrin began to feel as though his time was up and something had changed. God was calling Larrin out of the dark life he was living. Larrin knew he had to change with the voice of God awakening him night after night, Larrin finally surrendered his life to the Lord. With a clean slate, Larrin began his pursuit of the life God intended for him to live. He began attending a local church and participated in Bible studies. As his relationship with God grew stronger, the chains that kept him bound began to brake. Delivered from drugs, Alcohol, smoking, cursing, and negative influences Larrin's passion for ministry was taking off. He began working in his community mentoring youth, sharing his testimony, street ministry, and musical talent all over the east coast. It seemed to be paying off but Larrin wanted more. He desired compete healing without assistance from anything or anyone and he believed that God could do it. He started researching stem cell treatment and the benefits it included. Stem cell is a surgery that recreates the nerves that was damaged from his gun shout wound and makes them recreate themselves better then new. This treatment was only done in other countries with prices of $30,000 or $40,000 which seemed so far away the time of his research. Now the FDA has approved this process in the United States allowing it to be done for $12,000!! This gives Larrin a chance at 100% mobility and to do what he hasn't been able to be in 12 years and that's to be at his absolute best for his family. To be able to run again and chase his children around is what he longs for. He was able to meet a team of doctors who are very confident in making this dream a reality. If their is anyone that is willing to team up with Larrin in making this dream happen it would be greatly appreciated. He is a loving husband and father. No amount is to little we thank you all for being apart of his journey. May God bless everyone of you for being an important part of his success story!!
