Thanks to Everyone that Helped Jessica out! 

Mel and I had coffee with Jessica yesterday and she's in great spirits. 

 

I, Kevin created this fundraiser on behalf of Jessica. I'm her friend/co-worker.  As soon as the money is put into my savings account, Jessica and I will go to the bank. We will be then transferring the money to her account!  (Mel and I decided to do it this way so we could keep it secrete from her!)

When Kevin and Mel told me about the go fund me, I was so touched and shocked. The amount of people from so many aspects of my past and present that have given so generously to help Liam and myself really makes me feel so supported and loved. Reading through the names brought back so many good memories and happy times, and in a time that is difficult, much needed and appreciated. I am very fortunate in many aspects and will continue to focus on the good ahead. The money donated will go directly to pay for my legal fees for Liam custody and any remaining will help cover his play therapy that we are continuing throughout current transitions and future cognitive developments.
The money donated, while totally unexpected, is a huge relief and weight taken off. I feel like I can focus on work and the time with my little guy without having to worry about how to pay for current and upcoming legal fees.
