SMPKVA new building

St. Mina and Pope Kyrillous Church, SMPK, was established in 2015 in South Richmond by a papal decree. The mission of this church is to serve the second generation and English-speaking congregation in Central Virginia. In those 4 years, our service has grown through Sunday school classes for all grades, retreats, Festivals, hymns classes, choir, Community service and outreach, and liturgy 4 times a week.

Our hope and dream today is to OWN a permanent place- instead of the current small building- to host our expanding services and be a center for our future activities and expansions.

And because miracles still happen, Pope Kyrillos sent us HIS gift in the eve of HIS feast after four years of continuous search. A fully prepared church ready for use at a convenient location, and with all the amenities and the appropriate size we need for our new home, in addition to an 8 acres land and a 3 bedrooms house. We are currently under contract as of 3/24/19. Please pray for us and for this project. The property will cost 690,000 $. Through the blessings of St.Mina and Pope Kyrillos and your generous donations we can achieve our goal and pray soon in our new home.
