We are a Palestinian family currently living in the Gaza Strip, specifically in the Nuseirat area in the middle of the Strip, where we were displaced after losing our entire home, and we are left with nothing but a worn-out tent to live in. The current living and health situation: We live alone in a tent that does not protect us from the harsh weather. We are required to pay a monthly rent for the plot of land on which we built the tent, and we face the constant risk of eviction into the open in the event of failure to pay. As for my health, I struggle with two illnesses that require expensive daily care: Severe eczema: a painful skin condition that causes me constant itching that gets worse with the high temperature inside the tent and the lack of sterilizers and medicinal creams.  How will the money be spent and how will it reach us?  The basic costs of living in Gaza are very high due to the extreme high prices, so we need a daily allowance of no less than $100, and the donations we collect will be spent on the following precisely: Covering the monthly rent for the plot of land on which the tent is located to ensure that the children remain in a shelter. ​Purchasing necessary medicines and medical supplies (eczema treatment creams). ​Providing daily living needs and food, clean drinking water for children, and basic hygiene items to prevent skin diseases. ​Mechanism for arriving funds: The funds will be received and withdrawn by my friend who is abroad and the account supervisor [Halima Qayyum], who in turn will transfer the amounts directly to us in Gaza via the available transfer and approved banking methods to ensure that every dollar reaches its beneficiaries.
